Key responsibilities for this role include:

The Employee Experience, Engagement and Wellbeing intern will play a critical role supporting initiatives aimed to drive engagement, support retention, and foster a positive workplace culture.

In addition, the role will plan, organize, and develop key activities for quarterly engagement days and wellbeing week, applicable for all Viatris colleagues, including researching vendors, workshops, speakers, and virtual events.

Develop engaging and informative communications and toolkits to promote employee engagement initiatives across the organization globally.

Support day to day coordination of Employee Experience programs such as appreciation and recognition programs, engagement activities, and wellness programs.

Help develop strategies around global company encouragement and recognition programs including potential vendor analysis.

Create presentation decks, and various materials as needed.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
-
The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their junior year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a human resources degree program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent business writing skills

Strong project planning, detail oriented and analytical skills required.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
The salary range for this position is: if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
