We are currently recruiting interns to join Hogan Lovells Cadwalader for the Beijing office in Equity Capital Markets practice.
SCOPE OF THE WORK
As an intern, your scope of responsibility covers a wide range of tasks, including conducting legal research and due diligence, providing legal translation, preparing legal memoranda and drafting legal documents in Chinese and English.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2027 or 2028 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law
- PRC bar qualification preferred
- Exceptional writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong legal research and writing capabilities
- Available to work five days a week and willing to travel as required
- Detail-orientated with a fast learning ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organisation skills
- Effective task management and ability to perform under pressure
- Prior experience at a law firm or in-house legal team is a plus
