Intern – Digital Product Creation

(Based at MDS - Ratmalana)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support documentation of project timelines, milestones, and progress tracking.

  • Help organize team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

  • KPI reporting and timely KPI dashboard monitoring.

  • Assist Program Leads in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure alignment.

  • Prepare presentations, status reports, or briefs for stakeholders.

  • Help with organizing training sessions or workshops for the team.

  • Assist in conducting consumer sentiment research based on divisional requirements.

  • Assist in onboarding new tools or processes.

  • Help with organizing training sessions or workshops for business units.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Data analytics or a related field with a nag for fashion and design.

  • Basic knowledge of project management principles (using tools like Jira will be an added advantage).

  • Comfortable with MAS office package.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • People management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams.

  • Interest or experience in 3D design, CLO, BW, Familiarity with Notion, Miro, or collaboration and documentation platforms will be an advantage.

Skills Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles
  • Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
  • Comfortable with MAS office package (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • People management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams
  • Interest or experience in 3D design
  • Experience with CLO (CLO 3D)
  • Familiarity with Notion or Miro or other collaboration/documentation platforms
  • Willingness to assist in consumer sentiment research and training organization
