Intern - Digital Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in developing comprehensive project schedules, identifying key milestones, and tracking overall progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilizing Jira project management software to create, manage, and prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and monitor project progress. Creating and organizing Jira dashboards and projects to provide clear visualizations of project status and team performance.
- Preparing detailed meeting agendas and taking accurate minutes during discussions. Following up on action items to ensure accountability and timely execution of tasks.
- Collaborating with diverse teams, including Process Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders, to identify and resolve issues that impact project timelines and deliverables.
- Actively participating in the planning and execution of project rollouts, ensuring all phases are aligned with project goals.
- Coordinating and supporting project deployment teams as needed, facilitating resource availability and alignment with project objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently a University Student pursuing an IT related Degree and during their internship period.
