Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the cutting department in daily operations including fabric spreading, cutting preparation, bundle handling, and documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in spreading fabric and cutting preparation according to production requirements.
- Support the team in checking fabric quality, defects, and shade variations before cutting.
- Help in bundling, labeling, and organizing cut panels for the sewing department.
- Assist with marker placement and cutting layout preparation.
- Maintain cutting records, production logs, and fabric usage reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sewing departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support supervisors in monitoring fabric utilization and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Participate in process improvement and productivity initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or basic data entry.
