ResponsibilitiesAbout this role:
We are looking for students who are ready to take on stimulating projects and gain exposure to a variety of industry initiatives.
Are you interested in working in the Credit Review field? Does data analytics, reporting, and designing and developing databases to help detect fraud interest you? Then we are looking for you!
In this role you will:
- Investigate loan originations for fraud or misrepresentation by reviewing the loan documentation and the systems utilized to underwrite, fund, and collect the accounts
- Apply auto finance experience, corporate policies, procedures, and departmental research to accurately identify loan origination deficiencies
- Identify origination weaknesses and recommend change when necessary
- Assist in the development and support of models, analysis, and reporting related to the soundness of credit and collection activities
- Monitor, analyze and summarize compliance with origination policies
- Create reports for management with viable recommendations for improvement of business operations, efficiencies, and internal controls
What makes You an ideal candidate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Previous internships are considered a plus.

- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
Work Experience and Education
- Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Finance or a related analytical major with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship.
- Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA.
- Junior, Senior, or Masters classification preferred.
