Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for an intern to join our team.
The candidate will support the team of consultants working on CRM projects that use marketing automation and email marketing as activation channels. The CRM team is part of WPP Media’s Consulting practice that works on projects to design and implement customer experience on CRM platforms for clients.
Activities
- Support the team in creating and managing email marketing campaigns
- Support the team of consultants in the design and implementation of customer journeys through marketing automation tools
- Support in analyzing data and report on campaign results
- Support in working with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in marketing automation and email marketing
Slins and Experience
- Bachelor's and/or postgraduate degree in Marketing/Digital/Computer engineering/management engineering
- Basic knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work in a team and in relationship management, attention to detail, respect for deadlines and proactivity in proposing new ideas
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel
- Fluent English (written/read/spoken)
- Bold, goal-oriented and ready to face challenging contexts
- Plus: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Plus: template personalization languages (AmpScript, Python)
- Plus: knowledge of query languages such as SQL
