Key Responsibilities:
Support the team in coordinating external audits and maintaining audit-related documentation.
Assist in collecting and organizing compliance information from different business units and plants.
Support the review of compliance requirements and standards across plants, subcontractors and service providers.
Assist in collecting and compiling safety and overtime data for monthly reporting.
Support the preparation and updating of monthly compliance reports and maintain accurate records in the central repository.
Assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with customer requirements and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to follow up on audit findings, compliance gaps and required actions.
Perform other compliance-related administrative and research tasks as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
Final year undergraduate in Business Management, Health and Safety or Human Resources Management.
Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office packages.
