Job Description
Main Task:
1. OneIdentity RBAC role and access policy
- Assisting in performing data clean‑up tasks using Excel.
2. Ticket Management Support
- Monitoring queues for new BAU requests
- Updating ticket status after team completes an action
- Categorising tickets correctly (STP, Non-STP, urgent, follow-up)
- Preparing summary of pending/overdue tasks for the team
- Update Team Lead if anything requires immediate attention.
3. Access Request Processing (Basic Tasks)
- Pre-checking access request forms for completeness
- Verifying mandatory fields before routing to team members
- Preparing draft responses to users for simple queries
- Checking if supporting documents/approvals are attached
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Preparing daily BAU report (e.g., number of enablement, reset, role modifications processed)
- Compiling evidence for audit (emails, screenshots, approvals)
5. Compliance & Housekeeping Tasks
- Checking for duplicate IDs or obsolete roles via report extraction provided by CSA/IDM Staff
- Reviewing if access removal requests were completed via Cessation tracking excel
- Monitoring aging tasks assigned to team
6. Communication Support
- Drafting internal announcements for the team ((draft first, then review with Team Lead)
- Preparing user guidance (simple how-to steps)
- Responding to non-technical user queries (draft first, then review with Team Lead)
7. Operational Support
- Assisting with meeting materials (slides, notes, follow-up items)
- Helping with CSA monthly update materials (if needed)
