Learning Experience and Journey:
- Learn about lyf, its brand strategy and how the brand is activated through different functions, which includes Brand, HR, Operations and Business Development.
- Experience, collaborate and observe the interaction of functions during brand execution.
- Understand the different typologies that is present within Singapore as well as through on-the-job training.
Developing skill sets through projects:
Brand
- Drive the operation strategy of a brand including defining brand activities calendar, creation of robust plans, identification of potential vendors for engagement.
- Assist to curate and develop guidelines for delivering brand promises and collaborating with different level of stakeholders to scale-up the brand.
- Research, analyze and evaluate the potential of commercial activities as a brand-building strategy for lyf.
Recruitment and Talent Attraction
- Develop brand assets and tactical plans for talent acquisition and development in line with brand standards and lyf digital strategy.
- Support ad hoc projects which focus on developing the brand within existing and new projects.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business
- Analytical, detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and people-oriented
- Innovative and creative team player who is also independent and a self-starter – ability to navigate a dynamic organization.
- Demonstrates accountability and thrives in complex environments while effectively managing numerous tasks
- Self-motivated and energetic
