As an Analyst in the Credit Middle Office team, you will support the Controls and Oversight function, ensuring robust risk management, process integrity, and compliance across credit operations. The role involves monitoring, reviewing, and enhancing control frameworks, supporting regulatory and internal policy adherence, and partnering with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactive in identifying, ownership to develop effective solutions to enhance controls and mitigate risk.
- Service as a point of contact for audit coordination, control assessment process, assist in the timely submission of Requests of Information (RFIs) (Internal & External audits)
- Ensure governance and oversight on business operational risks, issue tracking and escalations.
- Support the development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for credit operations.
- Oversee governance of credit legal documentation, liaising with internal and external legal on templates.
- Explore and develop automation opportunities for existing reports using Intelligent Automation tools like Alteryx, Python, Unqork and UiPath.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Credit Risk or Lending in a financial institution.
- Strong analytical skills with capability to use qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze complex financial situations.
- Strong presentation and communication (written/verbal) skills.
- High level of attention to detail with good time management.
- Teamwork ethic and focus; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and understanding of risk measures.
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model solutions.

- Experience with process mapping and control design.
- Good understanding of Private Banking credit products, financial markets, and the securities industry.
