About the Role
The Integrated Marketing team is the driving force behind the local marketing campaigns for content across both Studios and Disney+. Through strategic plans, creative ideas and collaborative partnerships across all media, the team brings awareness and recall of our brand and content to the forefront of audiences’ minds.
This Brand & Content Marketing Intern role provides an exciting opportunity to gain exposure in end-to-end campaign planning for Studios titles, with a unique and insider experience in the fast-paced entertainment industry of a legacy brand. The intern will support the Integrated Marketing team in various aspects of marketing and be crucial to delivering successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, particularly for titles releasing during internship period
- Attend agency briefing sessions and understand the workings behind agency-client relationship and be equipped with the skills necessary for future briefings.
- Assist in material and ad submissions where required prior to campaign launch.
- Support the planning, coordination, and management of on-ground experiences and offline events.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation and reporting decks.
Promotional Collaborations
- Pitch, coordinate, and assist with execution and logistics of promotions with exhibitors, media partners and brands.
Administrative & Logistics
- Manage administration of screenings and events including but not limited to booking of locations, invitations to guests, security deployment and registration.
- Manage premiums, posters and standees such as ordering, allocation, logistics arrangement (packing and arranging for delivery), follow-ups and inventory consolidation.
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027
- Must be available to work on-site throughout the full period of internship

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Candidates should be proficient in English and be a fan of movies and series entertainment, attuned to pop culture and industry trends
- Knowledge in The Walt Disney Company content library, brands, franchises, and characters that define them, and expertise to build further audience engagement
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and high-pressure working environment
- Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
