What you´ll do:
Invoice correction/creation based on Customer request.
Billing related Case Management in Smartsheet.
Cooperating with departments in the BSC (such as Customer Service and Collections).
Supporting colleagues, acting independently within the scope of responsibilities.
You should apply if you:
Have student status: you are currently enrolled in college or university and have a valid student identification card.
Speak fluent English (mandatory) and additionally european language is an advantage
Can work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) confidently.
Have excellent communication skills.
Have a collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
