About the Team
The Regional Integrated Marketing team at Disney is responsible for marketing our movies and shows released in cinemas and on our streaming service in the APAC region.
Our portfolio of brands include Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, 20th Century and Searchlight.
About the Role
This APAC Integrated Marketing Intern role will gain exposure to regional marketing and communications strategy across Asia Pacific while supporting the delivery of world-class marketing campaigns. The intern will take ownership of key initiatives, including the Premium Items program and digital reporting workstreams, developing practical experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Reporting & Insights
- Own the maintenance and enhancement of regional marketing reporting dashboards and trackers.
- Support the development and delivery of campaign debut, performance, and wrap reports across APAC markets.
- Consolidate campaign recaps, in-market activations, key learnings, and best practices into executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify insights, trends, and opportunities to inform future marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update regional campaign calendars and reporting tools to ensure visibility across stakeholders.
Premium Item Program
- Support the planning, sourcing, and execution of regional premium item initiatives across APAC.
- Take ownership of premium inventory tracking, order management, budget monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Research and develop new premium concepts and product ideas aligned with campaign objectives, audience needs, and available assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and market stakeholders to consolidate premium requirements, timelines, and approvals.
- Assist in developing premium catalogs, ordering processes, and reporting to improve operational efficiency and visibility.
Regional Marketing Support
- Participate in campaign planning, brainstorming sessions, business reviews, and cross-functional project discussions.
- Support the development of marketing presentations, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain regional contact databases, resource repositories, and project documentation.
- Provide coordination support across regional marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027
- Must be available to work on-site throughout the full period of internship

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Interest in digital marketing, analytics, reporting, and/or premium merchandise development is a plus
- Passion for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and entertainment brands
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong project management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
