The right talent will be joining the team of agricultural-commodities brokers specializing in providing full-service execution and clearing services, as well as creating unique fundamental research to commercial and institutional clients around the world.
Role Summary
- Supporting team with handling of day-to-day client and internal stakeholders needs.
- The key objective is to support the team in revenue growth and client relationship development.
Overall Responsibilities
- Development of relationships with the existing clients with the aim to increase product offering and income
- Expanding client base with the primary offering of execution, clearing and margin financing of exchange traded derivatives
- Margin financing: to prepare timely annual reviews, new credit proposals and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Coordination with Legal and Credit teams on loan documentation.
- To develop with various Marex teams new products for clients
- Ongoing review of team MIS results reporting
- Prepare regular research updates on agricultural commodities
- The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time
Competencies, Skills and Experience
• Studying at a University for a Bachelor or Master’s degree with a major in economics, finance, or accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a “self-starter”, result driven with entrepreneurial mindset and able to work independently
