Job Summary: We are looking for an intern to assist our HR team in various activities related to employee engagement, recruitment support and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a relevant course of study (e.g., human resources, business administration) and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources. This internship provides hands-on experience in human resources management and allows you to contribute to the success of our organization while gaining valuable knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events such as blood donation camps, health checkups etc.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings on job portals, coordinating interviews and providing assistance during the onboarding phase.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for employee data, personnel files, and other HR-related documents.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.
• Participate in meetings and take notes to ensure accurate recording of information discussed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in human resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is preferred).
