Job Description Summary

Execute cross-functional marketing campaigns to support the sale of company products and services in [annuities, life insurance, mutual funds, employee benefits, retirement].

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple marketing channels including social media and digital marketing (i.e. programmatic and search) and social selling (i.e. Livesocial)
  • Collaborate in cross-functional discussions on marketing planning, campaign development, and program execution.
  • Partner with the creative and content teams in the development of integrated and independent marketing projects
  • Oversee day-to-day project management and ensure established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy and execution are delivered on time. Proactively communicate progress and/or identify barriers to stakeholders
  • Assist in campaign analytics reporting and review; help create plans based on learnings and translate into actionable plans.
  • Ensure visual and written consistency and adhere to brand standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management
  • Experience executing digital campaigns and marketing programs
  • Moderate understanding of traditional and digital platforms
  • Technical acumen
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as Workfront, Brandfolder
  • Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Business Manager and Meta Business Manager
  • Familiarity with regulatory restrictions and compliance process
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate clear insights to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in social media content creation, including LinkedIn and Meta

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $62,500 - $70,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
