For the Quality & Pharma Department of one of Europe’s leading online pharmacies, Redcare Pharmacy is currently looking for an Interim Responsible Pharmacist (m/f/d) based at Hygée Santé in Ennevelin, France.
Job DescriptionThis position serves as the designated back-up for the Lead Responsible Pharmacist and is intended to assume and actively perform the duties of the Responsible Pharmacist during periods of absence. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of the pharmaceutical services and products we provide to our customers.
As the second pharmaceutical expert on site, you will support regulatory oversight, contribute during audits and inspections, and work closely with the Lead Responsible Pharmacist to maintain a compliant and inspection-ready environment. You will join an international Quality & Pharma organization and collaborate with highly motivated and experienced colleagues in a fast-growing healthcare and e-commerce environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as Interim Responsible Pharmacist for the Ennevelin site during absences of the Lead Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring compliance with national and European pharmaceutical regulations.
- Serve as secondary pharmaceutical contact for audits, inspections, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure GDP and pharmaceutical compliance across operations, including oversight of deviations, recalls, CAPAs, RP checks, and quality risk management activities.
- Maintain and continuously improve internal quality systems, SOPs, policies, and procedures in line with GDP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality checks, audit findings, deviations, and non-conformities, escalating issues where necessary.
- Support operational teams with quality and compliance-related topics.
- Promote a strong quality mindset and compliance culture throughout the organization.
Your Profile
- Qualified Pharmacist in accordance with applicable regulations and registered with Section C of the French National Order of Pharmacists (Ordre National des Pharmaciens) for wholesale distribution activities.
- Several years of experience within pharmaceutical quality, distribution, or regulated pharmaceutical operations.
- Strong knowledge of GDP and OTC regulatory frameworks.
- Solid understanding of national and international pharmaceutical legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret regulations pragmatically within operational environments.
- Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management.
- Native-level French and very good English skills (C1/C2).
- Flexible, hands-on, and comfortable working within a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
