We’re looking for a Intercompany Accounting Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting our Group’s financial operations, with a strong focus on intercompany processes and intragroup transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work within a dynamic and collaborative team, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial flows throughout the organization.
What you will do?
- Manage and oversee intercompany transactions across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely settlements.
- Review and validate monthly intercompany costs, ensuring alignment with agreements and internal policies.
- Support the monthly close by preparing, reconciling, and reviewing intercompany balances.
- Ensure all intercompany entries are supported with complete and compliant documentation for accounting, audit, and tax purposes.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls over intercompany processes and support improvements.
- Coordinate with teams across different countries to ensure correct cost allocation, accurate bookings, and timely issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help mitigate intercompany‑related risks.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or master’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Audit, or Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management (international group experience is a plus).
- Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations is valued.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven.
