As an Engineering Intern at P&G, you will play a vital role in building the digital infrastructure for production equipment, driving Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 emerging technologies, digital manufacturing and future automation trends.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with experienced engineers on various projects;
- Gain hands-on experience in process and/or machine control;
- Work with network, information systems, sensors, PLCs, HMIs and industrial automation systems.

Job Qualifications
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines related to automation, control systems and digitalization;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities;
- Critical thinking, operational discipline and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams;
- Ability to learn, initiative and flexibility;
- Strong technical background and problem-solving abilities;
- Passion for integrating technologies and contributing to the future of Digital Manufacturing through Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, data and analytics;
- Nice to have: familiarity with industrial automation and control systems, robotics, machine vision and networking;
- Availability for minimum 6 months.
