We’re seeking Mid-Level (ISR) All-Source Analysts to join our Intelligence Analyst team at Beale AFB, California. This role is an integral part of a cutting-edge Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission.

Your Mission:
As an All-Source Analyst, your role will be essential to shaping critical ISR operations. You will:
Coordinate mission activities across multiple ISR domains with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) stakeholders.
Work closely with AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AET) on mission planning, foreign military analysis, and developing comprehensive Request for Information (RFI) responses.
Ensure compliance with AF DCGS tactics, techniques, and procedures, while staying at the forefront of technological advancements and innovative solutions.

What You Bring:
Experience: A bachelor’s degree and six years of intelligence experience—or equivalent training and expertise. A minimum of 3 years in multi-domain analysis and reporting is required.
Specialized Skills: Knowledge of GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, HUMINT, or OSINT; familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence and expertise in areas like Space Intelligence or Electronic Warfare.
Communication Mastery: Strong written and oral communication skills, problem-solving experience, and the ability to thrive both independently and on a team.
Clearance: A current TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Expertise:
Familiarity with GALE software and associated databases.
Experience in TechELINT analysis or Electronic Warfare mission planning.
ELINT threat characterization proficiency.
