Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Integration Specialist. This position will focus on Municipality Metering Projects and ongoing support working closely with the Sales team in the VA, NC, and SC territory. This role provides System Integration, Project Management, and Training functions to existing and new customers.

 

Please Note: This is a remote role supporting projects in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Occasional office visits and regular travel to client sites, concentrated in the Virginia area. Occasional overnight travel will also be required.

 

Due to travel requirements, the incumbent will need to be based in the VA or NC area but will have the flexibility to work remote when not traveling.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule for all sites involved in the project

  • Handle all documentation from meetings, projects, schedules, data requests and assignments

  • Perform training to internal and external customers on operation, theory, and troubleshooting of the AMR/AMI system

  • Provide technical product support and troubleshoot as needed with utility field technicians, customers and vendors

  • Promote and coordinate all meter testing and replacement programs

  • Review, analyze, and provide solutions to meter installation data before installation and invoicing

  • Review and provide answers related to scope of work to an RFP/RFQ

  • Monitors project punch list items and acquires signoff of project

  • Administers communications to team on progress of AMR/AMI projects

  • Coordinate, schedule and attend project meetings in person or via conference call

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required

  • Experience on a customer service team, including a strong working knowledge of service processes, policies, techniques and applicable regulations required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with complex problems

  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc).

  • Ability to travel (minimum of 25%)

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$3,375.00 - $7,333.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
