Job Title: Integration Platform Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $130,000–$180,000 Annually
Experience Required: 10+ Years

Job Summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Integration Platform Developer with 10+ years of enterprise integration experience, including extensive expertise with the Dell Boomi AtomSphere Platform. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and manage enterprise-scale integration solutions while driving API strategy, event-driven architecture, governance, security, and platform modernization initiatives. This role requires a hands-on technical leader capable of delivering highly scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions while collaborating with enterprise architects, application teams, and business stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere Platform, including process development, connector configuration, and runtime optimization.
  • Architect scalable integration solutions utilizing API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration best practices.
  • Develop reusable integration processes, shared components, libraries, and templates to accelerate enterprise integration initiatives.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs, SOAP services, event-driven integrations, and real-time data synchronization solutions.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Atom, Molecule, and Atom Cloud runtimes while ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational reliability.
  • Develop custom integrations and extensions using Groovy, JavaScript, or Java where required.
  • Implement enterprise API security using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, mTLS, certificate-based authentication, and API management best practices.
  • Integrate enterprise applications including SAP, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, and other cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Design and implement event-driven integration solutions using Apache Kafka, JMS, Boomi Event Streams, or other enterprise messaging platforms.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, monitoring, logging, and observability for integration solutions.
  • Optimize integration performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term reliability improvements.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, perform code reviews, establish integration development standards, and mentor junior integration engineers.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise application integration, including 5+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi AtomSphere experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Boomi AtomSphere, including process design, connectors, Atom/Molecule runtime management, and deployment strategies.
  • Strong experience developing REST APIs, SOAP services, API management, and enterprise integration solutions.
  • Advanced scripting skills using Groovy, JavaScript, or Java for Boomi customization and automation.
  • Extensive experience integrating enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, and similar SaaS applications.
  • Deep understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and API governance using OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, and certificate-based authentication.
  • Experience implementing event-driven architectures using Kafka, JMS, Boomi Event Streams, or similar messaging technologies.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tools.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Dell Boomi Professional Developer, Boomi Professional Architect, or equivalent Boomi certification.
  • Experience with Boomi Flow, Boomi DataHub, Boomi Integration, Boomi API Management, and Boomi Event Streams.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud deployment across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with other enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), or Azure Integration Services.
  • Knowledge of FinOps, cloud cost optimization, API governance, and enterprise integration best practices.
