Automate lifecycle with GitOps/IaC, implement multi-tenant security, manage networking/storage/observability, build CI/CD pipelines, run DR drills, perform upgrades, onboard developers, and mentor junior engineers to improve platform reliability and developer experience.

Deliver Guidewire configuration, Gosu development, integrations, and customizations across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Design product model and rules, perform Guidewire Cloud upgrades, troubleshoot, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product, design, and business stakeholders.

Build and maintain enterprise digital experiences on AEM Sites/Assets and AEM as a Cloud Service. Implement components, templates, workflows, integrations, and front-end experiences using modern AEM patterns (SPA editor, headless). Focus on performance, content-authoring experience, CI/CD deployments, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.

Lead design and governance of enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Industry Clouds. Define technical strategy, security, integration, and customization standards for multi-org environments. Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions and lead large Salesforce programs end-to-end.
