Job Description

As an Integration Manager at Movu Robotics, you are responsible for the concept and implementation of our automation projects. From the sales handover to final delivery, you lead the full project lifecycle. In this role, you work closely with customers, software partners, and internal teams to deliver seamless and successful integrations.

Your Responsibilities

Concept development – Define the functional scope of each project and ensure conceptual consistency throughout.
Workshops & analysis – Lead functional workshops with customers to understand their business processes and material flows.
Documentation – Write the Functional Specification that forms the foundation for implementation.
Planning & budgeting – Define and manage planning and budgeting for IT and software components within the project.
Coordination & communication – Align integration requirements and change requests with customers and third-party suppliers (e.g. WMS, MES, monitoring systems).
Testing – Create and execute test plans to ensure quality and reliability of the integration.

Qualifications

Your Profile

🎯 Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT integrations, software projects, or logistics automation.
  • Proven track record in functional analysis and documentation of technical requirements.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or logistics-related field.

🎯 Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
  • Knowledge of ERP, WMS, MES, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Experience with software integration and custom development is an advantage.

🎯 Languages:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
