Does
- Drive integration workstreams for asset / company acquisitions for the Commercial Group
- Assess potential needs for Build/Borrow/Buy strategy
- Craft Build/Borrow/Buy strategy & rationale to complement existing product portfolio
- Assess possible target companies for acquisition / investment for the Commercial team
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to ensure synergy capture on investments / acquisitions
- Craft management presentations for decision-making and alignment meetings with stakeholders
- Handle developmental project or financial products as required
- Provide advice and/or guidance for investment opportunities
- Manage due diligence process for the Commercial Team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business / Management / Economics / Finance, or any related degree
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a business, strategy, or operations role, with an inclination to P&L ownership
- Investment Banking / Private Equity / Venture Capital experience
- Strong business acumen, knowledge of financial & profitability drivers, and commercial model sense
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Must be able to manage stakeholders well
- Self-driven, flexible, willing to take on more than the role requires
