ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with the capacity planning team to understand future capacity requirements and ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of new capacity.
• Develop and execute operational readiness plans, including testing, documentation, and training, to ensure new capacity is fully operational upon integration.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all new capacity meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on operations.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a focus on capacity planning and integration.
• Proven experience in project management, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and cooling systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
