We are looking for an Integration Lead who can build and manage integrations for solutions across the enterprise. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering the integration solutions that support our business objectives and enhance our customer experience. You will also manage the integration portfolio and ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture and best practices. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.Essential Functions:

  • Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of integration solutions using Azure Cloud Platform and other tools.
  • Manage the integration portfolio and ensure compliance with the enterprise integration strategy, standards, and policies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to understand the business requirements, define the integration scope, and deliver the integration solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to the integration team and ensure adherence to the best practices and quality standards.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues and ensure optimal performance and availability of the integration solutions.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the integration domain and recommend solutions that can improve business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

  • 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing integration solutions using Azure Cloud Platform and other tools.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Event Grid, and other Azure integration services.
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps, Git, and other tools for integration development and deployment.
  • Experience in Property & Casualty insurance industry and familiarity with insurance business processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
