About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as an Integration Engineer, an integral role where you will have the opportunity to manage and implement integration services. We are looking for a Solution Integrator / Senior Solution Integrator to work in the OSS Orchestration and Cloud-Native Network domain across 4G and 5G networks.
The role focuses on the end-to-end deployment, installation, configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting and lifecycle management of telecom applications and cloud-native network functions in virtualized and containerized environments.You will collaborate with application, infrastructure, network and customer teams to perform system integration, resolve environment issues and ensure successful deployment and operational readiness.
What you will do:
- Deploy, configure, integrate and maintain telecom applications and network functions.
- Work with Ericsson Orchestration, OSS, ETSI MANO and VNF/CNF Lifecycle Management.
- Support 4G/5G network environments and 3GPP Network Slicing use cases.
- Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Docker and Red Hat OpenShift environments.
- Perform Linux/RHEL system administration, software installation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking and integration issues.
- Conduct system integration testing and end-to-end fault resolution.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, network and customer teams.
- Support deployment readiness, operational handover and lifecycle activities.
- Use Python, Ansible and shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
The skills you bring:
- 3-10 years of experience in solution integration, system integration, telecom or cloud-native infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Understanding of 5G network architecture, ETSI MANO, VNF/CNF Lifecycle Management and 3GPP Network Slicing.
- Strong Linux/RHEL administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, VLANs, routing, bridges, bonding and teaming.
- Experience in system integration, testing and troubleshooting distributed environments.
- Knowledge of OpenStack/RHOSP or AWS/Azure is an advantage.
- Experience with Ericsson OSS/BSS or other telecom orchestration solutions is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, Ansible and Unix/Linux shell scripting is desirable.
- CKA, RHCSA, RHCE or OpenShift certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
