The PositionThe MuleSoft Architect performs the necessary facilitation, analysis and design tasks related to the development of integration solutions according to our Enterprise Technical Architecture (ETA). He/she applies these solutions to enable business strategies and processes, demonstrating expertise in enterprise integration patterns, including application integration, system integration, data integration, B2B/EDI, API management and event driven architecture (Solace). The MuleSoft Architect will work with a development team to address healthcare challenges and build integrations using our integration platforms. You will work to improve efficiency and effectiveness in processing industry requests and contribute to overall IT resilience.Main Accountabilities:

Design and architect integration solutions based on business requirements and enterprise technical architecture.

Apply MuleSoft Anypoint Platform knowledge to create scalable and secure integration designs.

Implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Designer, and other relevant tools.

Develop MuleSoft applications, flows, and API specifications to meet business needs while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Design, build, and manage APIs using MuleSoft API Manager, implementing and enforcing API security measures and access controls.

Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, following security best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and other developers, to ensure successful system integration.

Identify and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions, performing debugging and troubleshooting.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, collaborating with quality assurance teams to ensure reliability and quality.

Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions, including design documents, API specifications, and configuration details.

Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to developers or team members.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed integration solutions, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field with over 7 years of application and data integration experience.

Hands On Expertise in MuleSoft, Solace.

Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS protocol, REST, RESTful JSON services, network architecture, RAML, Async API, GraphQL, XML, messaging standards (SOAP, JMS, AMQP), API-led connectivity.

Deep knowledge of integration architecture concepts, Microservices, SOA, event-driven patterns, API-driven design, ETL, B2B integration, messaging..

Knowledge of design patterns in Enterprise Application Integration.

Proficiency in API design, Maven, Jenkins, Git, Oracle DB, JDBC connections.

Participation in testing phases: unit, point-to-point, end-to-end, UAT.

Creation of project documentation and user specifications.

Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

DevOps implementation for data integrations.

Experience with Agile/SCRUM, basic Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google) knowledge.

Continuous process improvement mindset.

Specialized in MuleSoft Anypoint with certifications: MCD, MCPA, and/or MCIA (Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect Level).

Excellent technical communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
