- Monitor, support, and manage EDI/API integrations, identifying and resolving issues through root cause analysis.
- Partner with internal teams, clients, and carriers to resolve Service Desk tickets and operational inquiries.
- Create, test, and implement solutions that improve uptime, efficiency, and system performance with minimal business disruption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on client/carrier transactions and integration workflows that support business operations and revenue.
- Collaborate with IT teams to provide insights into integration architecture, system issues, product releases, and data flow processes.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution development, testing, implementation, and operational support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in IT application support, process support, or a related role.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Experience supporting EDI/API integrations or data translation/manipulation processes.
- Knowledge of EDI/API concepts, EDI standards, XML, JSON, and flat file formats.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
