Demand Planning

  • Enhancing demand planning models and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies between demand forecasts and Supply capabilities. Take swift decisions to protect business interests.
  • Lead monthly Executive S&OP meeting presenting to CODI, recommending course of action on most critical business decisions.
  • Drive Integrated Ops strategy by strengthening collaboration and ways of working between demand, supply planning and brand companies to optimize inventory management, improving KPIs on out-of-stock and slow-moving SKUs and reach Adherence to Plan KPI.

Customer Service

  • Overseeing the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
  • Continue to drive process improvement to gain speed and accuracy following the recent implementation of EDI with our 3PL.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns related to product availability, delivery or quality (LOOP system).
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to prioritize customer orders and manage allocation during supply constraints.

Procurement

  • Grow our affiliate Procurement Maturity through more robust procurement processes, tools, guidelines and trainings for key stakeholders (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Corp Coms, etc.).
  • Continue and expand our preferred supplier scheme to deliver better contract terms and savings, and provide more speed to the business.
  • Ensure our Procurement function is leading the S&R agenda, with better sourcing and improving scope 3 emissions.
  • Collaborate with HQ and CoE on the Smart Spend project to deliver efficiencies at scale across APAC.

People development and Leadership

  • Collaborating closely with other functional leaders to align on business goals and strategies, gaining trust and broad business understating.
  • Influence top management strategic decision-making, being a key leader in the Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) cycle.
  • Contributing to the overall leadership and direction of the organization through active participation in leadership team meetings and discussions
  • Leading and developing a high-performing Integrated Operations team
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
