Position Summary: As the Integrated Marketing Specialist you will support the management and implementation of our omnichannel marketing strategies. This role works cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, Email Development, Analytics, and B2B teams to build out holistic marketing campaigns in support of core KPIs. You will collaboratively develop growth opportunities, manage campaign tactics across projects, and track performance data that aids in effectively enhancing our go-to-market strategy.  

Essential Job Functions:  

  • Facilitate the planning and execution of successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of key marketing assets (email, SMS, digital banners, print, etc.)
  • Manage campaign timelines, workflows, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Assist with interpretation of customers’ behavior and collaborate on creative ways to increase reach and sales  
  • Maintain tracking systems, planning calendars, and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across teams 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned to strategic priorities on an ongoing basis
  • Partner with analytics and marketing channels to track performance, KPIs, and surface key insights to inform optimizations and future planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and conversion through testing and optimization

Other Major Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Effectively communicate campaign updates, timelines, and key messages across teams
  • Support end-to-end execution from concept through launch
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and projects as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing or related role; animal health industry a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; experience with project management platforms (ie, Asana, Jira) a plus
  • Comfortable working independently as well as within a group 
  • Demonstrated experience with collaborative project management
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills 
  • Self-motivated; able to work multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to occasionally travel (including weekend days) as needed for the company

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive.

The pay range for this position is as follows:

$86,300-$123,300
