Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing Calendar Management: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities, ensuring alignment across departments to optimize marketing workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Creative Brief Coordination: Act as the lead for campaign briefings, facilitating 360-degree reviews to ensure creative assets align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Insights & Data-Driven Planning: Utilize data insights to support campaign planning, monitor performance, and make adjustments as needed to improve effectiveness.
  • Channel Strategy Collaboration: Partner with marketing channel leads and product teams to create integrated strategies that enhance channel performance and support marketing goals.
  • Marketing and Merchandising Prioritization: Serve as a liaison between marketing and merchandising teams, prioritizing requests to align with business priorities and campaign objectives.
  • Cross-Channel Campaign Management: Manage and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across departments to deliver a consistent and effective customer experience.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine processes to improve the efficiency of integrated marketing efforts, establishing streamlined workflows for repeatable success.
  • Customer Journey Understanding: Gain insights into the customer journey to identify opportunities for engagement and experience improvements across multiple channels.
  • Compliance and Brand Standards Adherence: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and brand standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support other marketing initiatives and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in integrated marketing or a similar field, preferably within retail or eCommerce.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Planner) and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting and acting on marketing data.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to meeting goals in a dynamic environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Familiarity with operational scheduling, production workflows, and a customer-focused mindset.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work on-site as required. This position requires consistent and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders, which may include in-person or remote interactions.

Physical Requirements:


This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
