The role requires strong organization, commercial real estate knowledge, document accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal technology platforms.

Develops and maintains econometric models, pricing algorithms, and automated tools to optimize marketplace prices. Analyzes large datasets, conducts price tests, validates models, identifies profit and sales opportunities, and communicates findings to leadership. Collaborates with pricing, business, and senior management teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive pricing projects independently.

Supports executives by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing briefings, booking domestic and international travel, handling disruptions, processing expenses, organizing confidential records, and tracking follow-ups. Oversees front desk operations, including visitor greeting, calls, mail, packages, badges, conference rooms, and office presentation. Requires strong communication, discretion, adaptability, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and at least two years of administrative or coordination experience.

Support import operations and inbound logistics by routing, tracing, and monitoring shipments; update reports and unload priorities; work with Merchandising and vendors to resolve shipment and booking issues; maintain import policies and system data integrity; assist in carrier, intermodal and drayage contract execution.

Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. Manage targeting, budgets, creative trafficking, testing, tracking integrations, audience segmentation, and account structure. Analyze performance metrics such as CAC, CVR, CTR, engagement, and spend pacing, translating results into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with creative, analytics, regional marketing teams, paid media leads, and agencies to improve campaign performance and measurement.

Own paid social strategy, budgets, audience planning, testing, optimization, measurement, and performance reporting across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Lead paid social specialists and agency partners, oversee technical tracking and catalog hygiene, diagnose performance shifts, and translate insights into creative and omnichannel media strategies. Present performance narratives to stakeholders while managing a channel budget and pursuing CAC and growth targets.

Execute purchase order allocations and replenishment programs, optimize store inventory, and identify sales opportunities through inventory balancing and size optimization. Analyze performance using business intelligence tools and Excel, track inbound orders, communicate risks, and develop allocation strategies using retail metrics such as APS and Weeks of Supply. Partner with Buying, Planning, and Store teams to improve product flow and support inventory and service-level goals.

Coordinates executive calendars, meetings, briefings, travel, itineraries, expense reporting, reimbursements, confidential information, correspondence, digital files, and follow-ups. Requires strong Microsoft 365 skills, attention to detail, discretion, communication, adaptability, and the ability to support executives outside standard business hours when needed.

Lead development and execution of global sourcing strategy for assigned categories. Manage cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure cost negotiations, supplier performance, quality control, on-time shipments, and direct import processes meet sourcing milestones and margin goals.

Lead FP&A reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for senior leadership. Align business and accounting systems, deliver analytics and presentations, drive transformation and cost-reduction initiatives, support cross-functional finance partnerships, and hire and lead a diverse team.
