Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Integrated Marketing team’s mission is to turn central marketing direction, Italy business priorities, and consumer insights into an integrated 360° marketing plan, then bring local and central teams together to coordinate delivery and measure effectiveness.
Success looks like:
One integrated 360° Italy marketing plan aligned with business priorities
Data-driven recommendations and trade-off decisions
Aligned local and central teams, with risks anticipated
Campaigns delivered and measured against clear KPIs
Clear leadership visibility on priorities, risks and results
We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Milan team. This is a hybrid role and you’ll help us on Marketing Planning, Orchestrating 360° Campaigns, Tracking Performance.
What You’ll Be DoingYou'll join the Integrated Marketing Italy team with a primary focus on planning and strategy: you'll be the go-to person for turning central direction, business objectives and market insight into a clear, prioritised, data-driven 360° plan.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Own integrated marketing planning: Lead quarterly and annual planning for the Italian market, (from kick-off through approval of priorities, objectives, budgets and calendar), translating central direction and local insight into one coherent plan and shared marketing calendar
Bring data into the plan: synthesise performance, business insight and customer/market intelligence (partnering with Finance, Business Strategy and Insights teams) to inform priorities and support the team's assumptions
Steer marketing calendar: keep the shared marketing calendar as the single source of truth, ensuring every initiative ties back to strategy and objectives and act as operational gatekeeper
Drive tracking and governance: Monitor deliverables against objectives, maintain campaign documentation, consolidate visibility over marketing investment, and run post-campaign reviews that turn learnings into insights
Lead through influence: Work across multiple functional teams, arbitrating competing local and central priorities across marketing initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Strategic thinking and business orientation: Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics, connecting marketing choices to market priorities and objectives
Data fluency and analytical rigour: Strong ability to interpret performance, challenge assumptions, and turn data into clear recommendations
Integrated marketing planning and programme management: Proven experience setting priorities and orchestrating 360° campaign execution end-to-end
Stakeholder management and influence: Ability to operate in a matrix environment, simplify complex topics, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Prioritisation and operational rigour: Strong trade-off decision-making, risk anticipation, and dependency management.
