Key Responsibilities:
Process and track service parts orders from field service engineers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with local and international logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments of parts, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery.
Liaise with GE Healthcare global parts centers and local suppliers to ensure a consistent and reliable supply chain.
Oversee the return process for defective or excess parts, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Generate reports on parts availability, inventory turnover, delivery performance, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to parts operations processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Ensure all parts operations adhere to GE Healthcare's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health & safety guidelines.
Work closely with Field Service, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless parts support.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in parts operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within the healthcare, manufacturing, or high-tech industry.
Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and order processing. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
Solid understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, INCOTERMS , Bank Guarantee and local logistics infrastructure in Bangladesh. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize parts operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory records and order fulfillment.
A strong commitment to supporting internal and external customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
