The Integrated Enterprise Systems (IES) Executive Assistant is a strategic partner focused on increasing the effectiveness, capacity, and impact of the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO).  This role will provide day‑to‑day executive support, operating confidently, proactively, and independently in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. The IES Executive Assistant role requires exceptional judgement, discretion, organizational effectiveness, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a corporate environment - helping power Corteva’s growth.

What You’ll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the focal point for planning, managing, and helping execute the activities related to the CDIO
  • Proactively manage throughput and output tasks associated with IES priorities and initiatives
  • Interface with senior leaders, external partners and peers to help drive the CDIO’s goals and objectives
  • Lead coordination and synthesis of meeting pre-work and post-work actions; maintain meeting minutes and engage with appropriate stakeholders to secure necessary materials
  • Orchestrate the smooth transition of CDIO conversations and meetings into clear go-forward actions and deadlines
  • Manage complex, dynamic calendars; prioritize requests and proactively optimize the CDIO’s time
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and other engagements; plan agendas, create/secure briefing materials, and lead action item tracking
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Manage expense reporting activities timely and efficiently
  • Prepare communications; create reports, presentations and documentation
  • Manage daily office operations, including file/records storage, workspace and equipment coordination, and onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives  

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting senior executives preferred, but comparable strategic support experience within areas such as business administration, communications, or human resources is welcome
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to drive thoughtful orchestration of activities across the lifecycle
  • Proactive; anticipates rather than reacts by seeing issues before they arise, thinking several steps ahead
  • Ability to connect day-to-day meetings, decisions, and requests to larger function and business objectives
  • Displays influential leadership; consistent ability to influence through relationships and credibility
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in high‑pressure environments
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and act independently
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; communicates professionally and consistently
  • High degree of integrity and discretion with confidential information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning new systems and collaboration tools
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a positive, solution‑oriented approach
