What we are looking for:
The Integrated Designer is responsible for creating, defining, evolving, and enhancing the brand through 360 platform storytelling across print, interactive pdfs, PPTs, social and video content, events and experiences, packaging, etc. In this role, you will ensure the visual identity and style guide remain consistent and aligned with the overarching global vision of the Invesco brand, while also understanding the importance of both fixed and flexible design systems. The Integrated Designer will report to the Associate Creative Director (NA + EMEA) and collaborate closely with creative, brand, strategy, social, and editorial teams, as well as internal and external partners and agencies. Projects will encompass interactive PDFs, print materials, brand and co-branded content and experiences, social media content creation, video storyboarding + motion design, and strategic design initiatives.
Responsibilities will include:

Development of visual identity and brand systems across editorial, digital, social, video, 360-degree campaigns, paid media, environmental design, events, experiences, and packaging.

Collaborating with global partners, agencies, and the design team to devise strategic design solutions that elevate and advance the brand.

Contributing to the modernization of Invesco's global brand identity, aiming to differentiate the firm, its content, and experiences through creative design, voice, and expression.

Exhibiting strong presentation skills, effectively communicating concepts and programs to diverse stakeholders within the organization.

Demonstrating a solid understanding and appreciation for the role of data and analytics in supporting design thinking.

Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Designing complex data and infographics in an engaging and easy to understand way
What you can bring:

Demonstrated experience working at a brand or agency, with a strong emphasis on 360-degree campaigns. Experience in the financial or asset management industry and/or the editorial field is a plus.

Exhibit creative thinking and the ability to innovate while respecting brand guidelines and cultural considerations.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience managing direct reports is a plus.
