Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Project Manager to oversee cross-functional team execution and workflow. We are looking for an organizational powerhouse with at least 5 years of experience driving complex integrated campaigns that keep projects on track, coordinate between the account team and clients, and seamlessly communicate across disciplines.
This is a role for an operational expert who thrives at the center of fast-paced campaign execution. You are a natural facilitator who knows how to keep the trains moving, bridging gaps between digital, social, PR, creative, talent, and influencer teams. You understand how to turn ambitious strategy into actionable project plans, manage timelines, and ensure flawless deliverable execution for top-tier consumer brands. You are a confident collaborator who proactively mitigates risks and keeps multidisciplinary teams aligned and accountable.
The Role:
Cross-Functional Campaign Delivery: Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, social, PR, creative, talent, and influencer teams for consumer brands. You build workbacks, track milestones, and keep all disciplines moving in sync toward shared targets.
Workflow & Resource Management: Monitor deliverable timelines and proactively identify operational bottlenecks before they disrupt project flow or compromise quality.
Integrated Team Coordination: Serve as the central hub connecting creative, digital, PR, social, and talent, ensuring clear handoffs and cohesive messaging across every channel.
Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management tools, status templates, and operational frameworks to establish consistent execution standards across account teams.
Logistics: Oversee schedules for digital assets, content shoots, influencer activations, news announcements, and live events to guarantee on-time delivery.
Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate operational friction points, propose swift solutions, and keep stakeholders informed when scopes or timelines need pivot strategies.
Relationship Driven: You recognize that we are a people business. You lead by example in how you treat your co-workers, partners, and clients—prioritizing trust, integrity, and discretion in every transaction.
Who We Are:
Consumer Brand & PR Agency Experience: You have 5+ years of project management or operational experience within a communications agency or fast-paced marketing team working on consumer brands.
Cross-Functional Coordinator: Proven track record of orchestrating campaigns across digital, social media, PR, creative production, talent management, and influencer marketing teams.
Master of Execution: Brings an exceptional ability to establish structure, set deadlines, and manage complex workbacks.
A Master Storyteller: You are a strong writer and presenter—persuasive, concise, and creative. You can turn a product benefit into a compelling narrative that editors can’t ignore.
Entrepreneurial & Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the hustle of an agency setting. You are flexible enough to touch a variety of clients beyond CPG, from fashion to hospitality.
Meticulously Organized: You excel at managing multiple complex projects and changing priorities simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
