The Job

We are seeking an Integrated Campaign Principal with a strong background in marketing within the US public sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation within this market segment. You will analyze and address complex business challenges, leveraging our partners and your professional knowledge and experience within federal, local, state and education sectors. Your Day-to-Day Role 

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the US public sector and in line with company goals and strategic objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling messaging and content assets aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Autonomously lead the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and creative to ensure campaign alignment and success.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your Work Experience

  • Holds a Bachelors/Masters degree in a related subject
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in integrated marketing campaign management, with minimum 1-2 years in US public sector. Tech Industry experience is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, global environment. Able to effectively manage competing priorities; think and act proactively, and creatively solve problems.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Strong understanding of the US public sector market, including key trends, challenges, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our DC Metro Area to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business. Travel may be required.
