Job Duties and Responsibilities
As an Integrated Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will oversee the monthly and quarterly planning of strategies and media support for acquiring paid subscribers for Video Services (Sling and Dish). As part of the Acquisition Strategy team, this role will work closely with cross functional internal teams, media channel owners, Go-To-Market and Retention to objectively identify best-in-class media and performance investment strategies on a campaign and channel-by-channel basis. Strategic partnership experience with operations, media and analytics is a must. In addition, this role will support the GM of Acquisition Strategy in media and cohort performance monitoring, reporting and budget (P&L) management oversight. This position will work with channel and product leads to foresee challenges and tactical solutions, leveraging research, insights, competitive intel and segmentation data. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a marketing professional passionate about developing comprehensive plans to achieve and maximize long-term key objectives. This position requires in-office work five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing planning calendars and timelines in conjunction with other marketing teams and shared resources leading to budget allocations and KPI targets
  • Co-develop channel agnostic media and Go-To-Market campaigns and flights based on campaign and quarterly objectives
  • Leverage data, analytics and segmentation to identify opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated media and cross-channel acquisition plans
  • Provide daily and weekly performance reporting and support for P&L management
  • Collaborate with internal media teams and agencies to develop monthly and quarterly media plans
  • Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field of study; Master's/Advanced degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience in authoring and implementing national integrated direct marketing plans with recognized B2C brands, media agencies, platforms or partners
  • 2 years experience with delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with vMVPD/SVOD platforms and the ability to effectively articulate and coordinate complex marketing plans across multiple channels and teams are essential for success
  • Understanding of P&L and/or marketing budget management; history of P&L ownership is preferred, however having a baseline understanding and willingness to learn is acceptable
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc
  • Experience in data driven marketing techniques is critical
  • Experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc.
  • Agency experience or experience collaborating with media and device partners is preferred


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
