Insurance Specialist

As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for helping customer’s and OneMain Financial resolve auto claims over the phone as quickly and accurately as possible.
 

Location: Onsite in West Valley City, UT
 
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Seamlessly handle a high volume of incoming and outbound calls to answer questions, obtain additional information and provide support for the customer throughout the claims process.
• Make high volume of outbound calls to follow up on status of pending claims and obtain additional information required to resolve claim as quickly as possible.
• Investigate, analyze, and document auto claims in a timely fashion.
• Evaluates and negotiates the resolution of claims to achieve the best claim outcome for OneMain Financial and our customers.
• Educate customers on insurance claim process and other ancillary insurance products.
   

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
