We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and support our business growth efforts. In this role, you’ll proactively identify new clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide customized solutions that meet those needs. By building strong client relationships, your goal will be to drive revenue growth and strengthen our company’s presence in the market.
As an Insurance Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include promoting our range of insurance products, educating clients on the benefits, and successfully closing sales. You will also contribute to our marketing strategies and stay informed about industry trends to give clients well-rounded advice. Your commitment to a results-driven approach will be key to our company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or modify existing ones.
  • Reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other means to build relationships and rapport.
  • Evaluate the needs of individual or business clients and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Gather client information to assess risk and provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare performance reports for manager to track business development success.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, sales, and leads.
  • Continuously update your industry knowledge and apply it in the field.
  • Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards.
  • Additional duties as required

Successful Insurance Sales Representative candidates will have:

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative.
  • Strong understanding of insurance plans, including life insurance and annuities.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with basic statistical data.
  • Goal-driven mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions and build lasting client relationships.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Valid life insurance license required
