Insurance Sales Representative
PIPAC Health & Life Brokerage (An Integrity Partner) – Cedar Falls, IA
PIPAC Health & Life Brokerage, a local Cedar Falls agency and proud partner of Integrity Marketing Group, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll help individuals and families find health and life insurance solutions that fit their needs. If you're passionate about helping others, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are driven to succeed in sales, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do
  • Connect with prospective clients via phone, email, and other outreach methods
  • Educate clients on health and life insurance options
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and provide ongoing support
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Manage and track leads using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date on products, regulations, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous sales experience (insurance or related industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Active Health & Life license OR ability to obtain within 30 days
