Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking and outreach
Help clients select insurance coverage that fits their needs
Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support
Work towards and exceed sales goals for new and existing business
Use our technology to manage leads and track your progress
Stay updated on new products and changes from Farmers Insurance
Excellent verbal communication and people skills
A strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment
Well-organized, independent, and adept at managing time
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Willingness to obtain or current possession of relevant insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
