Key Responsibilities

 

As an Insurance Leadership Trainee, you will:

  • Help agency growth by connecting with clients and providing excellent service

  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

  • Work with a full portfolio of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial

  • Develop relationships that strengthen client loyalty and lead to referrals

  • Support team and individual customer service goals

  • Stay updated on insurance products and solutions through regular training

  • Use CRM tools efficiently to manage client information and communication

  • Participate in collaborative team meetings and agency improvement projects

 

Qualifications

 

The ideal trainee brings:

  • One year or more of experience in customer service, sales, or insurance (preferred)

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • A knack for building trust and resolving questions with patience

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback

  • Dependable organization and time management abilities

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to earn)

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
