Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Leadership Trainee, you will:
Help agency growth by connecting with clients and providing excellent service
Conduct personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Work with a full portfolio of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial
Develop relationships that strengthen client loyalty and lead to referrals
Support team and individual customer service goals
Stay updated on insurance products and solutions through regular training
Use CRM tools efficiently to manage client information and communication
Participate in collaborative team meetings and agency improvement projects
Qualifications
The ideal trainee brings:
One year or more of experience in customer service, sales, or insurance (preferred)
Strong communication and listening skills
A knack for building trust and resolving questions with patience
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback
Dependable organization and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to earn)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
