We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Insurance Executive to join our dynamic Motor Insurance team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and top-tier insurers, ensuring seamless policy administration while delivering outstanding support in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. What You Will Deliver
- Handle motor insurance operations, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and enquiries.
- Keep policy records accurate in the core insurance system and support data entry and reporting.
- Process letter of authorization, proposal form, policies, receipts and certificates of insurance accurately and on time
- Verify documents such as vehicle registration documents, driving licences, and No Claim Discount (NCD) records
- Liaise with insurance companies and customers about policy enquiries and service requests.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams on premium collection, premium refund, monthly finance reports and outstanding items
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and Insurance Authority requirements
- Assist with senior management requests and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Who You Are
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in motor insurance operations & exposure in brokers / agencies are preferred
- Holder of IIQE Qualification (Paper I & II) or related disciplines
- Knowledge of motor insurance products, NCD, and industry practices is an advantage
- Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Adept at using digital communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business) to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Detail-minded, well-organised, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Executive
Skills Required

- Knowledge of motor insurance products, No Claim Discount, and industry practices
- Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting

- Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
