Responsibilities
- Insurance Needs Analysis & Strategy
- - Analyze and identify the comprehensive insurance needs of the Trendyol and Fintech ecosystem.
- - Develop and present robust business plans and financial projections for new insurance ventures.
- End-to-End Product Management:
- - Understanding the consumer behavior and needs to be able to craft the best journey at Trendyol
- - Lead the design, development, and launch (end-to-end) of new insurance products tailored to identified needs.
- - Ensure the timely and successful deployment of products onto the platform.
- Product Lifecycle Management & Health
- - Manage the entire product lifecycle, including regular reporting, continuous process improvement, and product maintenance.
- - Be fully accountable for the overall health and performance of the product portfolio.
- - Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in processes by effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Accountability:
- - Take full P&L responsibility for Trendyol Sigorta's portfolio, including revenue, cost management, and profitability targets.
- - Preparing the strategy plan and yearly commercial targets together with the planning team
- Stakeholder Management
- - Excellent ability to collaborate and negotiate with insurance carriers, regulatory bodies, and internal cross-functional teams (Tech, Legal, Marketing).
Expected Qualifications
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Business Development, Product Management, or Strategy within the insurance or Fintech/e-commerce sector.
- Sufficient functional knowledge/experience in new product development, marketing/pricing analytics, end to end process redesign
- Solid understanding of the Turkish insurance landscape and regulatory environment.
- Experience in external stakeholder management (e.g., insurance companies, aggregators, brokers, agencies, local and international reinsurers)
- Demonstrated track record of managing a P&L and driving significant business growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skillsAble to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
