We are actively seeking an Insurance Assistant to join our offices in Elefsina.

As a Insurance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Insurance Department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Insurance Department.
  • Issue and monitor insurance certificates.
  • Support the administration and follow-up of insurance claims.
  • Monitor insurance policy renewals.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, brokers, internal stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the ongoing organization and efficiency
  • of the department.

Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of accountability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
  • Previous experience in an insurance company, insurance agency, or insurance brokerage will be considered an asset.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A high school diploma, vocational education, or a degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role.

Skills Required
